Our Jails
When Mom and Dad are at work, Chewy and I sleep in our jails. We don't mind going in them and we are really good to hop in when Dad says "get to bed"! They are pretty spacious, and they are a safe and relaxing place for us to nap. Here are some pictures Dad took one day after work.

SO cute!! I have a crate too. Mine's that big, but about the only thing I do in it is sleep. I love my crates, one at home and one for travel. They are my own spot that nobody else in the house gets to sleep in or mess with! Unless the momma is emptying it to wash my beddy!!
Very cute guys! My babies "jail" for the day while we're at work is the garage. They have an old couch in there to sleep on and I keep the door open to the laundry room since it has a baby gate at one end...that way they get some air conditioning...I usually come home and find them spralled out in the laundry room tile floor.
You guys don't get to be in jail together??? Do you get lonely? Do you guys talk to each other???

Your beddies look oh so comfy!!! And I adore the little blue dog-paw blankie! You guys are sooo lucky!
George and Gracie howl like maniacs when I try to put them in a crate. Thank goodness, they are pretty well behaved when I'm not at home.
George uses a little box, and Gracie has a bladder of steel, so no problems there, either.
You both look very contented, and I love your beds!
Your beds look really comfy. We used to get put in crates when mom and dad left the house, but we have been good and now we are free range pugs (all except for the room with the kitty food in it)
Those are nice and spacious accomodations for you. You look like maybe you are a little like me... you mostly sleep when the people are at work.

I tried crating Gus but he out grew it and my husband put his foot down on getting him a new one. (Gus had some pretty bad destructive behaviour when I first got him). Indy was always babygated in our tiny kitchen. It is the same thing, her safe haven. We reinforce that their big bed is the same thing. :)
Chewie has lost quite a bit of weight, looking good!

Ya know what, CLover ???? The 3 of us like our crates too....but we don't call 'em jails....Pap calls 'em our Boxes.....as soon as Gram picks up 'er purse 'n the car keys, we all go down ta get in our crates.....then we wait fer Gram ta come give us our goodies....cause we always get a little treat fer gettin' in our boxes....
At times ya might find us relaxin' in our crates just cause we want ta...

Your 'jail' is pretty nice.. all equipped with a comfy bed and your own water bowl!
Sadly, we never loved sleeping in our own beds.. they were just here gathering fur and dust until mom stored them away.
sometimes (like today) mommy wish she kept me in a jail so I wouldn't get into the garbage cans.
