Summer Weekend - Part 1: At the farm

We have been having a super fun weekend! So much fun that I have to break it into two posts for you.

Part 1 - Visiting Grandma's Farm

Mom and Dad loaded up the car with me and Chewy, and Aunt Jenni, and away we went. It is fun to visit the farm because there are lots of other animals there. Here are my pictures from our visit.

In the car - let's go!!

Come on, Mom! Already stopping for coffee?!

We're here - check out these giant dogs! Fred seems to think he is some kind of superhero with that mask on.

Here is another horse. Oh no, that is Aunt Luna, the greyhound!

Uncle Berton thinks he is king of the house.

Chewy thinks it's all about the bench, so he tries it out too.

While we are eating lunch outside we see lots of other animals:

This predator scared my mom.

We spied these cows next door.

These are grandma's ducks - Puck and Alfalfa.

Fred has a snack of his own while we eat lunch.

The sheep from next door are always getting out of their yard. Here they are walking up the street.

Looks like they found their house!

That's all for this post. Going to the farm is fun!! Stay tuned for pictures from our next stop, swimming at Nana's!

Wow! Luna totally looks like Graham ... or vice versa. Apparently Graham kept getting overlooked because of his white face. Everyone thought he was an old dog. Too bad they didn't know he was the best of the bunch. He's great! Luna looks lovely.

Your Gran lives at some sort of wild animal farm. Those were some impressive things. You could have tried herding those sheep.

Did I see a labradork doggie? They are everywhere!

For some reason I couldn't find your email. But I added more adorable pug aprons to my etsy. :) By the way what is your email? Also, please join my Snail Mail list, as I often send out coupons.

well hi Clover! Your farm trip looks sooo fun!

You are right! We DO have very similar allergies! My v-e-t says the ultimate goal is for me to get tested for my allergies and then take shots. Momma is hoping we can afford to do that soon. If you do it, please tell me if you have success with it!!

I hope we stop itching soon, cutie pie!

I don't know how we ever missed this fun post! Aren't farm smells the best ever? Mom thought it cute when you called the country road a street. She said it made her thinkabout the saying... 'You can take the girl out of the city but you can't take the city out of the girl.'
